Welcome to our annual Spring CrossFit Competition, Blood Sweat and Barbells!!! This is a two person team, one day event that you will not want to miss!!! Teams can be F/F, M/M, and M/F with Scaled and RX divisions. Team entry fee is $40 for pre-registration (before April 12th) and $50 after the 12th of April.
